About the Writing Process
  1. Contact Carol Wentz Writing and Design via our contact form to request service.

  2. When your email message is received, you will be contacted within 24 hours or less to set up a date and time for an initial phone consultation.  Please allow at least 45 minutes for this consultation.

  3. After the initial phone consultation, writing tasks, fees, and a timeline for project completion will be agreed upon by both the writer and you, the client.  You will receive an invoice via email, and when 100% payment is received and verified by Carol Wentz Writing and Design, work on your project will begin.  Payment can be made by one of the following methods:
    • Credit Card
    • Debit Card
    • PayPal
    • Check
    • Money Order

  4. If you are seeking a new or updated résumé, a set of worksheets will then be sent to you via email in order to compile all necessary information. After you have completed and returned the worksheets via email, a first draft of your project will be written within the time frame agreed upon during the initial phone consultation.
